Although Kantians themselves often argue otherwise, the view that Kant's principles of justice must be insensitive to context has a large following. Here I dispute that view by appeal to a series of Rechtslehre passages. What emerges is not only a richer picture of Kantian justice but insights into its relationship to Kantian ethics.
